Dear Partners,

I’m happy to announce the re-opening of the ClothingWorks program. We will begin to offer wardrobe consultations on a weekly basis starting November 22nd, 2021.

All clients will be prescreened upon entrance to lobby of building before being allowed to enter the CW Boutique. Clients/visitors to Goodwill Building & Goodwill Career Centre and MUST wear a mask at all times in the building and during wardrobe consultations. They are no exceptions. Appointments can be scheduled through our TIMETAP App using your login details. Appointments can be scheduled as far in advance as possible, depending on availability in the system. Starting on November 22nd, we will be offering 3 appointments per day from 9:30, 10:30 & 11:30 am, Monday- Thursdays weekly. Please note that we will have limited appointments available initially as we recruit and train new volunteers. In case of emergency requests, you may email me directly at cmcintyre@goodwillindustries.ca between 8:00-5:00 pm daily.

We will not be offering Group intakes at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience, but respectfully ask that you schedule your YJC group clients into individual appointments. We will also be offering a few evening appointments per week starting in January 2022, to accommodate clients who are unable to make it during regular business hours.
