Have you registered for our new online referral and scheduler?
ClothingWorks referral process changed in January 2020 in order to improve our service for our partners and clients. Our program now uses an app which allows you to send referrals and schedule appointments at the same time.
All agencies have been contacted in order to ensure that they register for our new online system. If you haven’t yet done this, please fill out the form here: https://clothingworks.ca/partner-agency-registration/
We will generate a login id and a password for you. You can then share internally with staff to send referrals and schedule appointments on our new system.
Is your client job searching?
ClothingWorks assists job seekers by helping boost their results during the interview process (providing interview clothing, styling advice, and the increased confidence that comes with it). Your client must be job searching in order to access ClothingWorks’ services.
Do you have a signed consent to release your client's information to ClothingWorks?
Before submitting the online referral form, the person named in the referral must give written consent for you and your agency to share information with ClothingWorks. This information and referral form is kept confidential by Goodwill Industries, Ontario Great Lakes and the ClothingWorks program. It’s only used for administrative purposes.
Have you filled out the referral application form (below)?
Please note that our referral process has now changed. You can now refer a client to ClothingWorks as well as schedule the appointment in the same step using the form below.
Does your client have a service animal that will be present at the appointment?
For individuals who require a service animal present during appointments, please ensure that the ClothingWorks team is notified by adding a comment to the comment section when making a referral and that documentation is brought to the appointment should it be required.
